Ordering custom apparel from A&G Design and Print is simple. Start by uploading your design, logo, or artwork when placing your order. If you need help finalizing your design, our team can work with you to make sure everything is prepared correctly for printing.

Once your design is ready, we use professional Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing technology to produce vibrant, high-quality transfers that are applied to your apparel using a professional heat press. Each item is carefully inspected to ensure the design is applied properly and meets our quality standards.

After production, your order is prepared for delivery or shipment so you can start enjoying your custom apparel as soon as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment. Standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your package until delivery.

Can I Return my product?

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To qualify for a return, products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@agdesignco.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In most cases, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! You can upload your own artwork or logo when placing your order. If you need help preparing or adjusting your design, our team is happy to assist.

Is there a minimum order for custom apparel?

No large minimum orders are required. You can order a single item or multiple pieces, making it easy to create apparel for individuals, events, teams, or businesses.

What printing method do you use?


We use Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, which produces vibrant colors, sharp detail, and durable prints that resist cracking, peeling, and fading.

How should I wash my printed apparel?


For best results, wash garments inside-out in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid ironing directly on the printed design.
